Abstract
This investigation was led to recognize FecXH and FecXG changes in Karadi sheep. Right now Karadi sheep (4 single and 11 twining) were researched for the nearness of the FecXH and FecXG transformation utilizing PCR-RFLP. PCR items 240 and 141 bp was processed utilizing SpeI and HinfI limitation compound to identify FecXH and FecXG point Mutations, separately. The FecXH and FecXG DNA test demonstrated that there were no bearers for the FecXH and FecXG transformations in the chose Karadi sheep.
